Essential First Aid

Canadian Red Cross Training Partner

Infant CPR & Safety Workshop

Essential First Aid provides this interactive workshop for parents-to-be, new moms & dads, grandparents, relatives, caregivers, nannies, babysitters and prenatal groups interested in Baby CPR and Safety.

This interactive workshop allows caregiver to ask questions to Keshia an experienced Registered Nurse & Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Instructor.

During the workshop, you will train on life-size baby mannequins and learn the lifesaving skills needed to help your baby in a Cardiac Arrest and Airway Obstruction (choking) Emergency. Multiple infant safety topics will also be discussed.

*Non-mobile babies and nursing mothers are very welcome in this class.

This workshop does not provide certification and does not replace a full First Aid/CPR course.

We strongly encourage you to take a Red Cross First Aid/CPR Course to build on the skills you learn in this session.
