Do you know a group of people interested in taking First Aid & CPR Training?

  • Essential First Aid will come to your church, school, home or other approved location to provide your group               First Aid & CPR Training
  • We offer a wide range of Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Courses to help meet your needs

Training Room Requirements

  • The training room can be a room at your workplace, church, school, home or any other approved location. 
  • The training room should be clean and contain enough seating for the number of people attending, as well as adequate clear floor space for the practical sessions. 
  • There must be washrooms nearby.
  • Red Cross minimum room size requirements: 1.4 m2 (15 sq. ft.) available for every 2 participants.

Group Size
  • We can provide First Aid & CPR Training to a minimum of 4 participants to a maximum of 12 per group session 

CPR Parties

You have probably heard of Tupperware Parties, Cooking Parties and Skincare Parties. 

Have you ever heard of CPR Parties? 

This Party will teach you how to help save someones life! 

  • Host a CPR party in your own home or other approved location 
  • Organize a party with 6+ family members, friends or colleagues
  • As the Host you receive your CPR Training for 50% off! 

Who Should Host?

  • Anyone who wants to organize the training group, as a host you will receive a free pocket mask! If you organize a group of 6+ participants as the host you will receive your training 50% off too!
  • We offer a wide range of Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Courses to help meet your needs, and a 2 hour Infant Safety Workshop
  • Great option as courses are offered at the location of your choice, which aids learning in a non-intimidating environment
  • High recommended for:
  •             New Parents: because sooner than later, your little bundle of joy will be putting everything in their mouth
  •             New Grandparents: in honor of the new addition to the family
  •             Families & Friends: why not learn how to help save each other
  •             Work colleagues: because things can go wrong in the lunchroom too 

What Do You Need?
  • A large open room, with clean/clear floor space. (15 sq. ft.) available for every 2 participants. 
  • A TV or clear wall space for projector image
  • A group of 4 or more participants ready to have fun and learn CPR skills!
